CONDITIONS OF PUBLISHING

Writers can publish in “Culture and Education” as long as their contributions fulfil these formal, substantial and technical requirements. In order for the article to be admitted it has to be the result of research not published before. Authors shall provide a statement confirming the originality of the article and that the article is not being considered for any other publishing process.

Another preliminary substantial condition is that contributions are compatible with the quarterly’s profile. We expect submitted articles to present new phenomena or innovative ways of defining established concepts, to systematize existing approaches and definitions, or to popularize so far hermetic questions or to find interesting ways to present well known problems.

The first technical criterion is that articles should be coherent and effectively structured. What is more, the text should be more than just an erudite text. It should contain a thesis and research questions, which  the author should answer. The proposed key words and abstract should reflect the fundamental ideas contained within the article, the abstract should not be too general and should fulfil the requirements of formal correctness and coherence. The other editorial requirements you can find in the technical information section.

Propositions for publications can be sent only via e-mail to the address: info_eng@kultura-i-edukacja.pl. Following acceptance it is necessary to send signed statements via post
.

We do not return texts and we reserve the right to edit and abridge.
